seat the existing concrete pavement and bench existing side slopes to
facilitate placement of treated permeable base course, plain cement
concrete pavement and concrete shoulders; construction of a dual four-span
continuous composite prestressed concrete spread box beam bridge, a simple
span prestressed concrete spread box girder bridge, precast reinforced
concrete box culvert; extension of 17 precast reinforced concrete and
cast-in-place reinforced concrete box culverts; reconstruction of
intersecting state and township roads, and construction of jughandles
with bituminous concrete base course, bituminous binder course, ID-2, and
bituminous wearing course ID-2; miscellaneous drainage; concrete median
barrier; guide rail; impact attenuating devices; plain cement concrete
curb and mountable curb; seeding; rock lining; floodlights; arrow panels;
changeable message signs; highway lighting, electrical distribution;
detectors; removal of underground storage tanks, fuel pumps, and
asbestos-containing material, installation of sanitary sewer facilities
and dry hydrant/water delivery system; and construction of wetland.
