Construction inspection and documentation services for the reconstruction of existing "half-diamond" interchange to a "full-diamond" for access in all directions. Work includes improvement of two existing access ramps and two new ramps: an eastbound access from Arch Rock Road onto Route 22/322 and a westbound exit from Route 22/322 toward the Mifflintown area.

Removal and replacement of two existing bridges, bridge construction, roadway work including superpave asphalt, plain cement concrete pavement, RPS, drainage, guide rail, fencing, landscaping, highway lighting, signing, pavement markings, temporary crossovers, and temporary highway lighting on S.R. 0022, Section A10 with construction length of 2.49 miles.  Work  on Arch Road (Township Road T-328 ) includes construction of an environmental mitigation site, including stream crossing, electric fence, stream crossing pump bypass, and landscaping with a construction length of .57 mile.  Approximate construction cost for these projects of $12.6 million
