involved construction of plain
cement concrete pavement on subbase, 24' in width on each side of a 60'
earth median; the construction of a dual single span pre-stressed concrete
box beam bridge, 106' span also the miscellaneous pavement on subbase,
25' in width on each side of a mountable divisor; the ID-2 on bituminous
binder course on bituminous concrete base course on subbase, variable to
36' in width; the construction of drainage, paved and concrete shoulders,
guide rail, concrete median barrier, right-of-way fence, lighting, signing
and pavement markings. Work included the construction of a dual one span pre-stressed
spread box beam structure or approved alternate, 77' span, 16'-8"
clear, one at 54' roadway width and one at 40' roadway width to replace
the existing 3 span structure, rehabilitation of the existing dual 3 span
pre-stressed reinforced concrete box beam structures, repair and/or
extension of 3-9' diameter metal plate pipe culverts, construction and
removal of temporary crossover, plain cement concrete pavement, RPS,
12" depth, recycling existing pavement into subbase material,
drainage, concrete shoulders, and guide rail. |
