Consultants, Incorporated (TWC) is a well established consulting engineering
firm with a statewide identity and current ranking
among the top five (5) Pennsylvania engineering firms in the construction
inspection and management fields. TWC has two (2) offices in
Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh office is the headquarters of the firm
and our second office is located in Harrisburg provides support and

extensive recent experience in the construction, reconstruction and
rehabilitation of bridge projects. TWC has also completed
over 100 bridge deck replacements, rehabilitation, reconstruction or
replacement projects for various PennDOT districts, municipalities, and
DCNR bridge replacement projects in Pennsylvania's state parks.

| TWC supports and maintains a of civil engineering software library with more than 50 different highway and structural design programs. These programs run on the latest and most up to date Pentium computers in a Windows NT networking environment. TWC also has Troxler Model 3440 Nuclear Moisture Density Guages, Motorola UHF two-way radios, cell phones, fully equipped vans and trucks with surveying equipment and laboratory apparatus and materials testing equipment for concrete, soils, aggregates, and asphalt materials. | |
